Another long day in the books. Could not wait to workout and was mot certainly surprised that I can still floor press. Even after years and years of being in the gym I still can't wait to step thru those doors to though away life for a few moments. I wish I could make the world feel what feel when its time to train. Truly the best feeling in the world!
