10 weeks out from competing in the Georgia Spring Open USAPL meet; some form and technique needs adjusting. I bench on my toes so I took today (a light day) to play around with my bench. You must have your feet flat, so I think switching to Olympic shoes will help the transition. The slight heel will allow me to still keep my feet back and stay flat footed.
