Seth and I headed out to OBB today for our usual Saturday morning trip. We always share a bench at OBB, and we were both doing chain work. I didn't feel like I was getting much out of the chains at his height, so we added a third chain for my top set.

The gym was pretty crazy, no racks were open. I opted for dumbbell floor press, which felt pretty damn good today.
