Headed out of town this weekend to enjoy some horse racing in Arkansas with my girlfriend so I get to roam around a few commercial gym's. Every time this happens I get looked at as if someone is seeing a cartoon penguin with to much muscle waddling around the "gym".

Anyhow, today I did not get any video, only a few pictures as someone I was with likes taking selfies, ALOT. Training today started hitting the hamstrings and it was awful. We had seated leg curls followed by an RDL loaded stretch, this was the most painful place I have ever been mentally holding that position.
