Today I decided to hit some higher volume benching.

Dummbbell Flat Bench
2x15 @ 75 lbs
2x10 @ 85 lbs
2x8 @ 100 lbs

DB Incline Press
2x15 @ 75
2x10 @ 85
2x5 @100

DB Shoulder Press
2x15 @ 50 lbs
2x10 @ 65
2x8 @ 75

DB Flat bench
1 x 20 @100 lbs

Accessory work
100 band pull aparts
3x 10 front raises
3 x 10 side raise

100 shrugs.

I haven't hit a "bodybuilding" style workout like this in a while. I felt great and I'd like to do it a little more often.
