I’m currently in meet prep for the 2016 XPC Finals at the Arnold Sports Festival on March 5th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

Tuesday's training session was a good one. Nothing super heavy, good work, and a decently quick training session. Things are really winding down for the prep, but things are feeling good. I'm certainly ready to hit the platform, so it's just a matter of doing what needs to be done until then. Everything is looking good and clicking on all cylinders.
