Let me be the first to say DE work is where shit gets wild, in comparison to ME I'd say DE is ten times more taxing. I'll always remember my first week- 9x3 with 2.5 guys cause one was being soft. We box squatted against bands, something I'd never done, and the fucking pace was ridiculous. You think you train hard until you get tossed in with a pack of wild dogs wanting fresh blood. Burley Hawk saw I was wounded (tired) and stepped on the gas pedal, I was destroyed, but kept up.

Flash forward to my fourth week, I'm in shape and can handle it, and it still sucks.

Today was Giant bully cambered bar with four plates, a blue, and a purple band aside. We had a group of 5 guys, we all had the same weight 5x5, and everyone was on fire- and the intensity was second to none. If I had to estimate- we probably finished in no more than 25 minutes.

We went right into banded pin pulls, and then broke off into accessories. All in all, this was the most intense day I've had here so far, you can't find that fire anywhere, and I've been damn near everywhere.

Week one was brutal and fun; I can't wait for next week, shits going to be stupid heavy- I like it.
