I'm only a few weeks out from competing in the 21 Deadlift Salute at the Arnold Classic on March 4th. Training was going really well and I pulled in my suit every other week for a while hitting 700, 725, 750 and 765. Then I had a couple of rough training sessions missing 765 in both due to bad positioning and letting my shoulders get in front of the bar.

This workout my play was to stay 80 ish percent and work on my set up and keeping my shoulders behind the bar.

Deadlift after 15 min mobility warmup
135x1
225x1
315x1
405x1

Suit on, straps down
405x1
495x1
585x1

Straps up, loose
585x1
675x1
700x1

Everything felt great and moved quick and I was really happy with my positioning. In 10-12 days I will pull somewhere around my opener and try to keep everything the same.
