- Besides my bicep tendonitis, I felt really good and the weight moved quickly.
100 hamstring curls to finish it off. - I did these as a drop set, starting with the fist 10 pretty heavy, taking as few breaks as possible. The last 10 there was hardly any weight on the machine and they were the hardest 10 of the set!
