This was the first heavy deadlift I pulled off of the floor with no bands in a couple of months. I was a little nervous about it to be honest. I feel strong right now, but I am used to pulling every other week to get ready for a meet.

I was pretty happy with the way it moved. I'm never as good in the gym as I am on the platform, but today was pretty good. I've only pulled 700+ in the gym 6-8 times, maybe? I have pulled 700+ in meets a dozen times at least.
