First great training session in a while, I think it helped that Ken just told me what to do and I listened for a change, having a coach is a wonderful thing, thank you Ken for encouraging me when you know I'm tired and still recovering from surgery.

5 Weeks out for RPS and I have my deadlift confidence back, need to work harder on my squat and bench. Every day you never know what you are going to feel like emotionally and physically but I'm hoping after this great session it's all up hill from here.

One more appointment with my surgeon in two weeks, hopefully he will be pleased with my rehab results!
