Saturday we had an awesome crew out for training! We had Aaron benching 585 in a multiply shirt and it was great to see so many raw lifters helping out in whatever way they could.
I surprised myself with how easy 320 felt, I had been doing deficits for over a month and I felt a pretty big difference in my strength off the floor. I ended up doing a slower eccentric on my second set to get the most out of the weight. One of my training partners counted wrong and said I had one more after my fifth rep, so I did 6 on my last set by accident. I felt like I have a few more reps in both sets.
