In the past I've typically used more band tension and less weight. This was a little more taxing, but I think will also pay off more in the long run. I'd like to do this 1 more time before I compete at the Arnold in March.

We used elitefts light bands and pulled singles up to a 1 rm. (After a 15 min warmup)

I felt great, and I'd guess that was a PR vs a light band. I think im in a great starting spot being 10 weeks out for the Arnold.
