Seth and I started the day off with a little hike in a local provincial park. It's nice when we have time to do some exploring. My calves were on fire and my lungs were working from the uphill climb. It was a nice way to start the day.

Deadlifts and  Box squats
I had left my squat shoes at home so I wasn't able to do front squats as my secondary like I had planned. Seth suggested trying some box squats, which I haven't done in a pretty minute. I gave them a go and they felt pretty good. I kept the weight light to focus more on technique and speed
