Normally I say double the work in half the time but tonight we did double the bells for the hour which made it twice as hard. Double the workout, double the fun.

Now that was a great session, hard if you wanted it to be. You advance yourself by using heavier bells. Do not compromise technique, form is key to staying injury free.

I do emphasize training with double kettlebells frequently, they teach both your right and left side to be equal and not one dominate. Also, like I said, twice the work in half the time if you so choose.
