What do you regret? Everyone has some type of regret, well mine is letting my cardio/conditioning slip. There is a fine balance between lifting heavy and conditioning but somehow Kettlebells seem to be the hot ticket for conditioning in my household.

Everyone needs conditioning, even powerlifters. We still have to function normally and keep our heart and lunges healthy. One hour of kettlebells will do the trick.
