I’m currently in meet prep for the 2016 XPC Finals at the Arnold Sports Festival on March 5th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

Wednesday I got in some extra work for the lower body. I had planned to have access to the rec when I wrote my program, but do to the holidays it's closed, so I had to perform my high rep work with squats. No big deal, but it was just a good guy cheat in terms of conditioning. Starting off with a good leg pump, and then continued on for some work on the hamstrings and glutes. A total of 40 minutes of work that was enough to get blood flow moving and break and sweat and I was done. Just another day of putting in a little work to get ready for week 2.
