I was exhausted from working 12-15 hour days all week and to get the gym ready. But, a bunch of my friends from my old gym came up to train. Since it was the first workout I figured I better toughen up and put a good workout together.

All the squats were walked out, which sucks. I used the maverick wraps for 455-585 and the kraits for the 635. I was surprised that everything moved pretty well since I felt like crap.

Worked up pretty heavy, I have been doing a lot of these lately but the bands pulling forward were a game changer.

5x15 glute ham raise to finish it off.

It was awesome to have my old training crew and some of my best friends come up for the first workout in my new gym.
