For tonights training I asked Shannon Lewis to create the training session for us, Shannon and her sister Bethany are two of our certified Kettlebell Instructors and I like to keep them on their toes in terms of creating sessions, instructing and being true leaders in the fitness industry. Success all around with these two ladies, a great session and you will see by the video's there was a whole lotta sweat and ass kicking going on, even Shannon got her own ass handed too her a couple times. (That's what I call self indulgence)
