Well, this was the end of a miserable 3 week wave of incline. I really sucked at it when we started, now I just kind of suck at it. My first week of triples I hit 275 and it was pretty tough, last week for a double I hit 285 (or 295), either way it was tough, and this week I hit 315 and missed 325. I was pretty pumped about it until my long time training partner, who is the biggest sand bagger I know and who has never out lifted me in anything, Adam Privett, hit it pretty easily.

Ez bar skull crusher 3x8 (45's per side, which is up to lbs from last week, and I was pretty sore from that).

I'm happy with the PR, but still pissed I got out lifted. Oh, well. Ill keep getting stronger and keep out lifting Adam in everything else.
