Squatted this morning (Sunday 12/30). My Strength level is pretty decent right now, I'm working on fixing some technical issues before the XPC world meet at The Arnold.

2 plates x 3 x 2 sets- after all these warmup sets I was finally feeling a little looser.

I've slowed my squat down a little bit and the 635 felt pretty easy. It is somewhere around what I plan to open with.
