Headed up to London to train at The S5 Compound. It is always worth the drive up there , 1 hour each way, to train with the best coaches, equipment and training partners around.

Every set was 1 rep
135, 225, 315, 365
365x1 red band, x2 red bands, 3, 4, 5, 6 , 7 - The red bands weren't too bad
I kept the 7 red bands on added orange bands starting at the bottom peg
365 +7 reds +1 orange x 1 , x2 oranges x1, x3 oranges

The last couple weren't too bad, 'till I got to the lockout, then they were ridiculously heavy at the top.
