Knee I still an issue. Darn it. Going in for PRP injections soon. Hoping for some relief.

  2. Leg press 2x50
  3. Single leg lunge 4x10
  4. Stiff deads 4x15
  5. Seated leg curl 4x20
  6. 8 sets of calf raises
  7. 5x25 weighted crunches

Painful training. But good blood flow.

Wish I had a different story because I know this one is worn out.
