Knee I still an issue. Darn it. Going in for PRP injections soon. Hoping for some relief.
- Light squats 5x10
- Leg press 2x50
- Single leg lunge 4x10
- Stiff deads 4x15
- Seated leg curl 4x20
- 8 sets of calf raises
- 5x25 weighted crunches
Painful training. But good blood flow.
Wish I had a different story because I know this one is worn out.
