Time to zone in on training for CPU Nationals in Saguenay, Quebec. This will be a qualifier for IPF worlds, and the competition is tough every year. I'm focusing on putting everything into my training, nutrition, and mental health.
I will be coached and programmed by Steve Goggins, as usual, and will be following the RP nutrition template which I have found works really well to keep my weight where I need it and to recover easier.
