Bench has been feeling really strong the past few weeks. Adding in board work really seems to be helping this training cycle. My technique feels dialed in, and I'm feeling stronger holding heavier weights in my hands. 240 moved better than I anticipated and I think a big part of that had to do with how stable I felt with it during the lift off. One board work also went pretty well. I had planned on taking 260 to a one board and calling it there, but since it moved well I tried for 270, which proved to be a bit ambitious.
