I trained at Hazeldean with Matt and Mitch to get a break from my own gym. We had a good time hanging out, and of course Mitch went too heavy and dropped the bar over his head. One of these days he'll get his shit together and be a good powerlifter, but until then he'll be a broken young lifter who misses reps a lot.
