I have not posted my training logs for this week. I have been a bit busy between my kettlebell challenge, training clients and spending time with my Granddaughter! Not to say I haven't been training, I have and I'm enjoying my off season training.

How am I keeping strong on my off season?

This is what I have been up too this week!

BAMBOO BENCH WITH THE EARTHQUAKE BAR 

I have increased so much stability working with this bar. I think I'm ready to move up in weight.

 

BELT SQUATS

I have been utilizing the belt squats trying to maintain my knee but really working on my glutes.

REVERSE HYPER

Not only for my back but I am using this machine for face pulls, seated lat rows, glute pull throughs and leg raises.

GHR

I am really missing not being able to do the GHR's with my knee but I still use this machine for back extensions with my kettlebell.

LAT PULLS DOWNS

Love me some lat pull downs with the tsunami lat pull down bar. I do these every time I train.

TRICEPS

I have been doing banded tri's, tricep pulldowns, bench triceps with the close grip easy gripz.

Soon I will start thinking about competing. I have something in mind but you will have to stay tuned!
