I have every excuse not to train this week but I am not letting those excuses get in the way. I am on Team Canada for the World's and I will represent my country with pride and I will go in knowing I trained as hard as I could. Training with Shantel today who drives over an hour and a half to get here, now that is dedication. Shantel has signed up for her 1st meet the RPS October 1st.

Wow was it hot today, I was sweating like a rented mule. Last training session of the week as tomorrow the wedding shenanigans begin. Sat my daughter is getting married and am I looking forward to this day!
