I made the 1 hour trip to London to train at the S5 compound with a couple of my training partners from the Strength Lab. One of my long time training partners, Adam Privett and I reverse band benched. Nikita, who is signed up for her first meet, the Women's Pro Am in April , benched and got coached up by Lily Starobin and Tracy Tate. I'm definitely lucky to have the opportunity to train at the S5 on a regular basis and bring my training partners up to train with and learn from the best in the industry.

I felt really good and 545 ties a rev band bench pr (not that it matters) but I decided to call it there since I'm 1 week out from the 21 deadlift salute at the Arnold classic.
