Sunday bench at the compound always proves interesting. Today we had a great group of ladies training together, 3 of them set P.R.'s, amazing. My P.R. attempt was a fail, I attempted 205 Lbs, shoulder and bicep decided to pop on me. A minor set back but I will be back !

Bench

Bar x 10

65 Lbs x 5

85 Lbs x 5

95 Lbs x 5

115 Lbs x 3

135 Lbs x 3

155 Lbs x 3

165 Lbs x 2

185 Lbs x 1

195 Lbx x 1

205 Lb attempt fail ( disappointed I had the perfect bar path)

After this I decided to leave the arm alone, I was in huge pain.

Decline Bench Situps reaching way up behind the head (2 strongmen showed me these they are amazing)

I continued to help others train today, I helped Louisa learn how to do planks as she could not do situps. I taught her dead bugs for her core, kettlebell swings and kettlebell squats. If you could have seen the smile on her face when she swung that kettlebell for the first time your heart would have melted. I will never forget that moment when someone who completely thought she could not do it, did it.

Louisa set a bench P.R. today and is brand new to powerlifting, I was so blessed to be able to help her.

9 hour drive home, unpack, ice my arm, cuddle my pups and a few hours sleep and back to work

An amazing weekend at the S4 Compound yet again!

Getting to the Doctor for my arm, 1st priority !
