Training the week leading up to a meet is always a very light and easy week. I haven't gone above a plate for bench or squat training and usually have a light deadlift accessory exactly 1 week before.

I flew out to Atlanta early Thursday, and spent at least an hour floating in the hotel pool and doing some really light moving around. It made my joints feel great so I did it again on Friday.
