Trying to do something everyday to be a bit better. What I do outside the gym seems to have a huge impact on what I do IN the gym.

20 minutes on Elliptical (too cold to do cardio outside)

  • 90/90 breathing [5 breaths]
  • "Clam shells" w/mini band [5 x each side]
  • Bird-dogs [5x each side]
  • Hip flexor extension stretch + Hip capsule mobilization stretch [5 breaths each side]
  • calf & ankle smash
  • 10 minutes guided meditation
