Squat Sunday for me has been officially named Margarita Sunday, or what ever I want to work on Sunday. I'm trying to get in some leg exercises without squatting and hurting my knee. That's a challenge all on it's own.

Today I was just messing around while everyone else squatted but I got in a good leg, back and trap pump for sure!
