So mindset going into his day was a scared little bishhhhhhhh!!! Im going to be honest, I did not want to get under this weight today. The goal was 610 then a 650 squat, warm-ups were going fine, when I got to around 500+ I was not feeling all that great, did not trust myself, and I was not moving well at all. I grinned out a 560 squat in sleeves and was happy to throw the wraps on. 610 was on the menu next, I made fly up but I felt depth was crap. With the way I was feeling I knew I only had one more squat left in me so instead of the prescribed 640, 660 I split the difference and took 650 and called it there. I felt it was the right call cause that 650 was high and it felt dang heavy. Bench, although heavy, they felt overall good and I also cut this one a few pounds short because I knew my prescribed top set of 375 was not there yet.
