As if my legs weren't fried enough I finished with Swing Squats, this is an amazing finisher for any program. Felt great today getting under some heavier weight for sure. I think I have a new best friend, the belt squat machine, and I am going to call her "Quadzilla"
Next session I will change my stance to sumo, I can train lots of different muscles with this beast machine, squat everyday is in my future !
Training with the Team today there were lots of P.R.'s, so fun to train in a group of people with the same goals, to be better than we were yesterday.
