*2 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*
This was my last max effort squat/deadlift session before the meet and I did reverse band deadlifts with Matt Smith. The goal was to hit around what a 3rd attempt would be at the meet (in my deadlift suit), raw with reverse bands. 675 moved pretty smooth, and I'm hoping for a good pull to end the meet on in a week and a half. I tried for 700 but got too rounded and out of position to lock out. That is an area that I will be focusing on after this meet as I roll into training for XPC Finals, is to hammer low back strength and positioning.
Notes for Improvement: Keep weight in heels, lock back in better position.
