Squat days are quickly becoming my favorite days. The M2 method is proving to do great things for my squat, allowing me to have the perfect amount of variety for where I am in my training career/lifestyle right now. I was feeling a little off in the morning and wasn't sure how things would move. Reverse band squats were on the menu with average bands, so I knew that would make things feel much easier.
