My training week is all messed up from traveling home this weekend, so I’m playing a bit of catch up.
Reverse band squats were on the menu today. Last time I had the same tension programmed I had done 460x5. The band setup was a bit different today because I used a different mono and wasn’t totally sure of what I’d be able to do.
