This was our third week heading out to CTX to train with Jo and his crew for their Sunday squat session. It's been great to get to know Jo better, you can tell he really loves and cares for this sport, and for his crew. I've been feeding him brownies to repay him for his kindness, we'll see how big he is by the XPC.
Today was a reverse light band squat day. My weight is up a little bit and I can tell I'm feeling stronger. Despite driving to Orlando twice a week, my hips still feel good and I finally recovered from last weeks higher volume squat/pull day.
