2 Weeks ago I almost pulled out of this competition as my training has not been the greatest. Stress had gotten the best of me but this week I decided to suck it up and get back at it  and the past two sessions have given me some confidence back. I think I'm well on my way to having a half decent meet on June 18 which will be 8 months post shoulder surgery.

Great training session today, big crew with some new people coming out to train at Outlaw Strength, we are always willing to lend a hand to people who want to learn how to lift properly. Some P.R.'s were had today, great way to spend your Sunday morning.
