Steve has been programming sumo pulls on my light days to give my back a break and to work on technique. I think down the road being a sumo puller could be the optimal choice for me, but right now, my hip mobility and strength isn't where it needs to be and I can pull far more conventional.
I worked up to 305, but my technique was spotty. I need to start working on spreading my knees out more so it looks less like a squat and more like a real sumo pull.
