Went for a second single a few minutes later at the same weight. Something popped in my bicep so I dropped it. Felt like the bar rolled in my hands as I started the pull- not sure if that caused it or I wasn't flexing my tricep hard enough. Another small set back. The frustrations are building and you might see a shoe toss in the coming weeks.
