Finally, after being on the pity train for almost a month I was able to get some weight on the bar again today, I didn't go too crazy and didn't want to push it but great to be back in action. Lots of accessory work today, I need to work on technique I know this, I got complacent for sure.
Did I mention it's about 100 degrees and muggy, I was sweating like a rented mule today, maybe even dropped a few lbs !
