I am coming out of my cave to announce I have survived my final exams and am very much still alive. I have to say, studying for a pharmacology exam might just be the toughest thing I've done so far in my post-secondary schooling because I'm generally not great with memorizing names of things. WHY ARE THERE SO MANY DRUGS??? Alright, alright I know why there are so many drugs, but I digress. Stress is much lower now that I'm done for a few weeks and I'm focusing on improving my habits and just generally being healthier mentally and physically so I'm better prepared for next semester and my upcoming meet in July. Things like going on long walks (increasing my NEAT in general), getting enough sleep, dialing in my nutrition, and spending more time with Seth is top priority right now. The better I feel going into prep, the better the prep will be.
As per usual squats went pretty well. Brian has me box squat above parallel to make things a little easier on my knees in the long run.
