If you've been reading my log lately, you will have surely picked up on,
"There is a master plan brewing right now. There have been some changes and more are coming. The plan will cover competition plans, nutrition and training. I am just not ready to talk about it just yet until everything is plugged in and ready to go."
It's been at the start of my log for several weeks now. Today a decision was made and the training plan can now be solidified. I will lay everything out there and post it for you all. In the meantime, I spent some time thinking about the things that keep me in the game. The to do list, bucket list, whatever it is. I'm sure I have posted this on several occasions, I am just reposting it probably for my own mental health.
1. Be the first woman in the world to certify on the COC 2.5. Right, we all know this too well.
2. Be the first woman to axle DL 300 lbs double overhand. 8 lbs to go!
3. Finish top three at strongman nationals this year or next. I've finished a very close 4th and 5th, just never sealed the top three.
4. Be athletic again. Enjoy moving and training hard.
5. Walk 50 feet with 300 lbs farmers. Yes, that is per hand. I still don't understand why HWW are only moving with 230 lb farmers. Counterproductive to progress forward in my opinion.
6. Do something amazing and cool before I leave strength sports. "Amazing" is yet to be defined. I am just keeping my options open and setting the bar higher for myself.
So there it is. The GREAT news is #1-5 are my top priorities moving into the next training cycle.
