-Reps are looking OK. Last set was not so good. Still shifting pretty hard, especially as I fatigue.

Step ups
Left leg only- 4" box- 4x20
-figured out the issue

Fought to get into a neutral position and then do step ups on a 12" box. It was too high- right side was smooth, but left side gave out as I neared the bottom of the eccentric portion. So I lowered it to a 4" box, and worked to stay tight, keeping the movement in the hip and it made it smoother, albeit a little painful in my ?IT band? at the top of the hip.
