Wall abs- love these, low abs engaged
Shoulder elevated hip bridge- much easier to isolate glutes

Duffalo bar
Back squat- bar x 5-10
Front squat 5x5 paused against 2 chains per side
Bar x 5 x 2 sets

235x5x5 --no low back pump until last set or two, and only minor
Back squat- bar x 5ish

Deadlift
135x10
225x10
315x10x3 sets
-low back pump, mainly right SI joint

Lateral step up- 4" aiming to feel it in the hip not the quad
-Feeling like I'm just pushing off opposite leg, but feeling it in hip more than quad, just doesn't feel like I'm working at all
