This past week was hectic but overall solid training-wise. I'm the fitness director for campus recreation at Ohio University, and we've been preparing for students to come back for the Fall Semester, so between division of student affairs trainings and my own staff trainings, my normal lifting schedule had to get tweaked slightly. Squat and Deadlift training has been going pretty well, and I've been getting some good insight from Dave Tate on the weekends as well as Todd Brock who has been helping me a lot recently. I had to take the past few weeks off of bench because of a pec strain, but this week I was finally able to get back to doing some benching, and it's almost 100%
