I'm doing my best to learn this shirt. I'm consistently improving every time, but there's still some pretty big issues I'm having. The main one being anything more than more rep just sucks to lock out. I guess thats one of the reasons why I'm doing this though right? I'm looking into getting a smaller belt to wear with my shirt. I find it hard to keep my arch with such a big belt on. I might just end up getting a non-ipf approved bench belt, since I wont be doing single ply in the IPF competitively.

I know it takes a lot of time to get used to equipment, but I've only got a few weeks left of training with it, so I'd like to make the most of it!

You can see in the video my first rep is really smooth and has a pretty easy lockout. The second reps are obviously much harder. I need to work on making the lockout much much smoother.
