I cut set 3 a rep short- I wouldn't have missed but something didn't feel right. Coming back from a  minor hamstring injury I knew I didn't want to push it too much.

You can see in the video Donnie making fun of me for thinking too much on my first rep. I slowed down my eccentric a little too much and it took too much out of me.
